The 120 Palette!!! TA DAAAAAA!!!!

FINALLY... its time to post the mother of all eyeshadows... So much, in fact, that I hardly use it because I have NO idea where to start!!! I have actually been calming down with eyeshadow because I haven't felt too good but heres a couple of pictures of the intensity of the shadows and the palette a little up close:

If you look at the picture below this one on the top pallet on the very right, you'll see there are a couple of shadows that have some different colors in it kind of swirled around... this is the swatch of those...

Heres the purple row... just as an example of some of the pigments

There it is in all of its glory :)

OHHH and I just got a new case for all of my makeup!!!!!!

Its zebra print and is actually for scrapbooking but it has fun compartments and I had been eyeballing it for SO long and finally I got it (because I had a 40% off coupon lol). They are at Michaels Crafts and they have a TON of different prints and colors :)

UGH. My camera.. THE EXCUSE... :)

OK. So I have a million looks I have wanted to post and my camera wont load them on my computer!!! I cant wait to show everyone the swatches of some of the colors I have in my new color palette!!! I have to say though, the palette is VERY intimidating. I find myself wanting to do the browns or just not use it because it is overwhelming. But I'm using it!!! I also got the brushes from eyeslipsface.com and they are awesome! I'm tellin' you.. for paying $14.50(including shipping)  for 6 new brushes and a pair of eyelashes, that was one heck of a deal! I also stopped by K-Mart today (because I was looking for a planner... I happened to have stumbled upon this amazing find) and there were some POSH brushes!!! Posh is a cute little line that I learned about and I had ordered some of their brushes a while ago online (also very inexpensive) and I was totally stoked to see them there! They have all the best ones and a gnarly set PLUS everything is a dollar off... which doesn't seem like a lot but its nice cuz all the brushes are like 3 or 4 dollars... Saving a dollar here or there is nice!!!

In other news:
I came to realize that the lack of real organization in my life is not only putting stress on my life but actually wasting a lot of precious time and really making me LOSE money (like I already don't spend enough.. when your unorganized you end up buying multiple of what you already have). So after a lot of thinking I decided I need to make a change and really organize my time, life, house, makeup.... everything. I joined a site called FLYLADY.COM and it's for "de-cluttering" and organization and headed over to Barnes & Nobel and got the book "Organization for Dummies". This book is seriously changing my life. I am getting rid of what I dont need, managing my time and not to mention that the rooms I HAVE organized in my house look AMAZING. I have become almost obsessed with organizing and cleaning [ew.. to the point of vacuuming twice a day... I need to stop lol] . I want it to come as second nature to me incase our family ever expands. I also am so tired of losing makeup... this ish is expensive!!! So I just wanted to let everyone know that its my goal. And I will not post at night unless I have completed my little goals during the day  (I used to just come home, drop everything and sit online for hours.... I kind of feel like this should be a reward.. and since I spent about 4 hours cleaning today... Im rewarding myself :D!!!!) I recommend that book AND site to anyone and everyone, even if you are OCD and your house is impeccable, organizing your time to get the most out of your day is good for everyone since it is the only thing in life you cant get back.

Enough of that :)

THE MAKEUP LOOKS WILL COME... ;P

Makeup makeup everywhere...

So i apologize for not posting the last couple of nights.. Technical difficulties but I am ready to post today.

So I'm strolling around Rite Aid and I see this line called Jesse's Girl and they have some AWESOME loose eyeshadows and recalled reading about it ONCE very briefly on Makeup Geek. SO i got some of the loose shadows.  Best part is.... THEY ARE ONLY 3.99!!!WOW... what a WONDERFUL investment!!! These are the coolest loose eyeshadows on the PLANET!!!! I got 6 of them and let me tell you... the pictures dont do them justice. I even went to work with them and showed Stefanie [a co-worker/bestie] and we went over to Rite Aide after work so she could buy them [and she is in love with them too..... ] They are very very pigmented and last so long!! Here are the pictures:

AHH I am crazy about the colors... the only bad thing is, is that when you open them you rip off the sticker with the color name on it so I have NO idea what colors these are but they are all SO pretty and pigmented, just kind of depends on what colors you go for. My favorite is the blue, the white iridescent one and the goldish one.... The green is not as strong as I would like, but ontop of a green eyeshadow it would look FAB.

Moving on:
My mama called me and told me that I should pictures up of my new makeup area because she has no clue how to use myspace where I posted a teenie picture of it.. So this is for my beautiful mom :)

YAY FOR MY CUSTOM MADE VANITY :) This is inside of my closet cuz we have so much room in here. I still need to set up the drop lights and add some decoration but I could spend every minute of every day in here. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. <3

Hope everyone has a FABULOUS day!!!!

Errrbody in the Club...

Hi!!! I have 2 looks today AND I have some swatches for tomorrow (I really cant wait.... im VERY excited to show everyone the great stuff I found!!!!) :)

Bluesssss!!! :

I had been eyeing my "Deep Truth" eyeshadow (MAC) for a while and still couldn't figure out what to do with it so I decided to improvise. I used:

Aquatique by Lancome all over the lid as a base
MAC'sBlackground Paint Pot (black eyeshadow base) all over the lid up to the crease
MAC's Deep Truth eyeshadow over the black base
MAC's Cool Heat to blend out the Deep Truth
MAC Pro's Blue Calm on top of Cool Heat
MAC's Bio Green above crease
MAC's Shroom as brow highlight
Liner [all around]
3D Extreme Mascara

ANDDDD This is mah smokey look sucka: [I actually like this one WAY WAY more than my blues...]

I had SO SO much fun with this look today. I got a lot of compliments on it and was excited to do a brownish smokey look because I hadn't done one in SO SO SOOOOO long!

I used:

Aquatique by Lancome as eyeshadow base
MAC's Blackground Paint Pot [again] all over the lid and up to the crease
MAC's Club eyeshadow over that [reallllly made the color pop]
MAC's Bronze to fade and in the crease
NYX Eggplant (purplish color) in the outer V to give it a teenie kick...
MAC's Shroom to highlight
Heavy eyeliner smoked out on the bottom
3D Extreme Revlon Mascara....<3

Ce Fini! Thats all I used!!!
I am WAY in love with the Blackground paintpot I want to use it EVERY DAY hahaha...

Well I better go to bed. I will swatch my new colors of pigment type eyeshadows that I bought, tomorrow and post a review [IN LOVE is all I could say<33333]
